Philosophy
The philosophy of the new customs clearance system (Fasah) is to achieve a balance in customs between facilitating trade and connectivity, stressing that this plan is integrated with a major reform that the government has begun to activate and focus on, improving business and investment, and to facilitate all commercial transactions that flow in this framework.
Vision

Policy
In the case of importing through express transport companies, these companies are obligated to clear all customs affairs through their customs brokers. In the event of importing through Saudi Post, the customer should visit the postal customs to complete his procedures himself, as Saudi Post does not provide customs clearance service.
